When Lamborghini Naples opened on Tamiami Trail East in 2023, it joined the brand’s exclusive network of North American showrooms in what is Lamborghini’s second-largest market in the United States. Three years later, Fort delivered the ground-up construction of a new 2,400 square foot accessory and service building on the dealership campus, expanding what the factory-authorized service operation can offer the supercar owners of Southwest Florida.
The challenge
Building beside a working showroom
This was not construction on an empty site. The new building joined an operating ultra-luxury dealership, where the cars on the lot can cost more than most commercial buildings and the customer experience cannot be disturbed by the project next door. At 2,400 square feet the building is one of the smaller projects in Fort’s commercial portfolio, but a compact ground-up build still carries the full weight of commercial permitting and code compliance, with a finish standard set by the badge over the door.
