These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fortswfl.com (the “Site”), operated by Fort Construction Group of Naples Inc. (“Fort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site

The Fort name, logo, and related marks are our property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written consent.

No professional advice and no binding offer

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute engineering, architectural, construction, legal, or financial advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation about your specific project. Information on the Site, including any pricing references, descriptions of services, the Maximum Cost Guarantee, project timelines, or savings figures, is general and illustrative. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee. Any services we provide, and any guarantee that applies to them, are governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by Fort and the client. Submitting a contact or estimate form does not create a contract or a client relationship.

No offer of securities

Fort organizes and participates in real estate syndications. Any information on the Site relating to real estate syndication, investment, or capital structures is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment in any jurisdiction, and it is not investment, tax, or legal advice. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier or Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the revised Terms.
