Your project, start to finish, under one roof.

Real Estate Syndication
Some projects need more capital than a single owner can carry. Through real estate syndication, you can pool investor equity, alongside a commercial mortgage, to fund acquisition, renovation, or ground-up development, with the same in-house team designing, engineering, and building what you invest in. One group structuring the capital and delivering the construction, aligned from the first dollar to the final inspection.
Pooled capital
Combine equity with other investors to take on projects larger than any one of you could fund alone, paired with a commercial mortgage.
Aligned from day one
The same group that helps organize the syndication designs and builds the project, so your budget and the construction stay in step.
Built to perform
Structured to optimize the value and utility of the building, with a clear plan for owners and investors alike.
Fort Construction Group organizes and participates in real estate syndications. This page is for information only and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any investment is made solely through definitive offering documents.

The in-house difference
What one team means for your project.
Questions come up on every project: a permit comment to address, a detail worth rethinking, a decision to make in the field. When your design, engineering, and construction sit with one team, those get answered the same day, in the same room. Nothing waits in the gap between three separate firms, and the coordination stays our responsibility instead of becoming yours.
Our P.E., our design team, our project managers, and our superintendents all work for the same company on the same projects, with the licensed architect under the same contract. So when something needs a decision at 4 PM on a Thursday, you get an answer, not a 30-day RFI cycle between three firms. From luxury car-storage condominiums to historic church reconstructions to county park rebuilds, that’s what lets your project move faster and cost less across Collier and Lee counties.
Common questions
Frequently asked
What is Design-Build, exactly?
Design-Build is a project delivery method where one team handles design, engineering, and construction under a single contract. You get one point of contact and one point of accountability instead of managing separate architect, engineer, and contractor relationships yourself.
Do I have to use Fort for all phases, or can I bring my own architect?
You don’t have to use us for everything. We’ll take your project in whatever scope works for you: full Design-Build, construction-only with your existing drawings, or a single discipline like civil engineering on its own. Most clients come to us for the integrated process, but it’s never a requirement.
How much time does Design-Build actually save?
Industry studies cite 20 to 30% time savings compared to design-bid-build. On your project, the time comes from overlapping design and engineering, skipping the redesign cycles between separate firms, and starting permitting and procurement earlier.
Is your P.E. actually on staff, or do you sub it out?
On staff. P.E. #51436 is in-house, not subcontracted.
What size and types of projects do you take on?
Commercial: medical, retail, industrial, office, government, and non-profit, from tenant improvements to ground-up new construction. Residential: custom homes and major renovations. We work across Southwest Florida, primarily Collier and Lee counties, including Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Marco Island.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the permits and manage the full process for you. Our civil engineering team is involved from day one of design, which is one reason projects move faster through review than when the engineer and contractor are separate firms.
