About Fort Construction

One team. Your whole project. Start to finish.

Fort Construction Group brings architecture, engineering, and construction together under a single contract, so the people who design your project are the same people accountable for building it.

Our Mission

Build with certainty.

Most projects split the work: one company designs your building, another builds it, and the two rarely talk until something goes wrong. Then sorting it out becomes your job, usually with a bigger bill and a longer timeline. That uncertainty is what Fort was built to remove. Because the same team designs and builds your project, the budget is real from day one, the schedule holds because no work waits in a handoff, and when a question comes up, we answer it instead of asking you to. One team, one price, and one group responsible from your first drawing to your final walkthrough.

Our Approach

What “Master Builder” means for you.

Centuries before construction split into separate trades, the master builder did everything. The same person drew the building, engineered the structure, and ran the crew that put it up. One mind, one signature, one job.

Modern construction is the opposite. Architects draw, engineers calculate, contractors build, and they rarely talk before the contract is signed. The cost overruns live in the gaps between them, and those gaps are usually the owner’s to pay for.

Design-Build is the modern revival of that model: design and construction under one contract. At Fort, the architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, and construction are all in-house, under the same Professional Engineer who signs the drawings. For you, that means no gap for a problem to fall into, and no one to chase when a question comes up, just the team you already hired.

It is also why the average Design-Build project costs 20% less than the same building delivered the traditional way. Every handoff removed is one less place for your budget and your schedule to slip.

Built-In Protection

The Maximum Cost Guarantee

Every Fort project includes a Maximum Cost Guarantee. Your price is locked before construction begins, and if costs run over, we cover the difference. It is the cleanest way to take open-ended cost risk off your shoulders.
